Rates:
Canoe rental for a day trip from Lake Whitney dam to Dick’s Place. (This is an 8.4 mile trip, with a 5 to 6 hour duration.)

Flat shuttle fee of $50 for groups with less than four kayaks
Hours of operation: 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
*Must have your own transportation to dropoff and pickup location

Important Information: It is the customer’s responsibility to load and unload the canoe from the canoe trailer. All equipment must be returned to Dick’s Place by time of closing (7:00 P.M.) or an additional day will be charged.
| Reservations are required. Contact Dick’s Place during business hours at 254-733-7306 for reservations. A $20 deposit is charged per canoe to reserve the canoe and serve as a damage deposit. Deposits are refunded only when all equipment is rented and returned in satisfactory condition. All rental fees are due prior to receipt of canoes and equipment. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations acknowledged fifteen or more days prior to scheduled pick up date, will receive 100% refund or rescheduling. Cancellations acknowledged between 14 and 7 days before scheduled pick up will receive a 50% refund or be issued a rain check to be used at a later date. Refunds and/or rain checks are not issued for reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to scheduled pick up. No refunds are given after canoes have been contracted for and taken out regardless of the weather. Location: We are conveniently located on Hwy 2114 south of the Dallas, Fort Worth area.
